The Active Ballot Club (ABC) is the Political arm of our union. It enables Local 23 to keep track of politicians and their voting records. It supports lawmakers who fight for:
- Job growth and development
- Safe and clean work places
- Non-discrimination in job advancement
- Affordable education
- Quality health care coverage
- Pension and retirement security
- Consumer protections
Only hard money – money that is voluntarily collected from dues – paying members and their families can be used for contributing to worker friendly candidates. At no time can dues money be used.
